What the packages include, how the brief works and what happens after you click pay.
Are these subscriptions?
No. Each package is a one-time purchase for the listed scope. There are no automatic renewals. If you need a different scope, choose another package or send a note first.
What do I need to share?
A website URL, the package you chose and a little context about your audience, market and the decision you are trying to make. Add a project brief if you have one; plain language is welcome.
When does delivery start?
The delivery window shown on the package begins after the complete brief is accepted. We may ask one focused follow-up if a detail is needed to do the agreed work.
Will you promise rankings or traffic?
No. Search outcomes depend on many things outside a content brief. We promise the listed deliverable, not a position, traffic number or revenue result.
Can I ask for a refund?
A paid order may be requested for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase/payment. Requests after that window can still be sent for individual review, and mandatory statutory rights are preserved. See the refund page for details.
Can you work inside my website?
The listed packages are strategy and content deliverables. They do not include CMS login or implementation unless the written scope says otherwise. You can hand the files to your own team.
Do I need an account?
Guest checkout is supported when WooCommerce is active. Your order confirmation and any follow-up use the email you provide at checkout.
