Know the boundaries of an editorial service.
The agreement
Seoptim sells defined, one-time SEO content and research packages. The selected product and the accepted project brief identify the service, website, language and market. Development, CMS implementation, backlink purchases, advertising spend, ongoing monitoring and finished article writing are outside a package unless separately agreed in writing.
Accurate information
You must be authorised to request work for the submitted website and must provide accurate contact and project information. Do not submit passwords, secrets or personal data that is not needed for the brief.
Price, payment and checkout
Prices are one-time amounts displayed in USD. Applicable taxes and the final amount appear at checkout. A project-start form is not a paid order; an order is formed only after checkout accepts a payment through the configured WooCommerce provider.
Delivery
The displayed delivery estimate begins after successful payment and acceptance of a complete brief. If essential information is missing or the requested work does not fit the selected package, we will contact you before starting. A clarification round is limited to the scope stated on the product page.
Search outcomes
Search systems, competition, implementation and the published website affect outcomes. Seoptim does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, revenue or a particular date for a search change. The purchased outcome is the stated editorial analysis or planning deliverable.
Intellectual property
After payment, you may use the delivered recommendations and drafts for the submitted business and share them with your implementation team. You remain responsible for implementation decisions, claims and published content.
Early-service request
At checkout you may ask us to begin work before any applicable cooling-off period ends. This is a request for early performance and does not waive a mandatory right or the Seoptim 24-hour goodwill refund described in the refund policy. If you do not ask for early service, performance is scheduled after the applicable waiting period where one applies.

Service withdrawal where law applies
Where consumer law applies, you may have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a service contract. If you expressly request performance during that period, the law may require payment for the proportion supplied before withdrawal. Any exception for a fully performed service or digital content applies only when the legal conditions and required consent are met. To exercise a withdrawal right, email [email protected] with: name; order reference; order date; the service concerned; and a clear statement that you withdraw. We will acknowledge the request and apply the mandatory remedy that governs the order.
Complaints and remedies
Send complaints, correction requests or delivery concerns to [email protected] with the order reference and the outcome requested. Depending on the facts and applicable law, available remedies can include clarification, correction, re-performance, price reduction or refund. Nothing here limits a mandatory consumer right.
Liability and required rights
Each party remains responsible for its lawful obligations. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
Delivery files and service records
Recommendations and planning outputs are delivered digitally in a practical format such as PDF, CSV or plain text, as appropriate to the selected scope. The paid product, submitted website, brief and scope snapshot remain the order record.
Future revisions
We may revise these terms prospectively. A revision does not change an accepted order, its price or its saved scope snapshot; the version applicable at checkout remains part of that order.
