Digital services

Seoptim packages are one-time digital SEO content, research and commerce-planning services. There is no physical shipping, automatic renewal or recurring charge. Each package lists its scope and estimated delivery time.

Starting work

Delivery timing starts after successful payment and acceptance of a complete brief. If a brief is incomplete or a request exceeds the selected scope, we will contact you before work begins.

Delivery and clarification

Work is delivered digitally to the order email or another agreed channel. Any clarification round is limited to the package scope and requested within the period stated on the product page. New URLs, markets, languages, implementation, writing or monitoring require a separate agreement.

Goodwill refund within 24 hours

You may submit a refund request within 24 hours after the successful purchase/payment. A valid refund request submitted within 24 hours after successful purchase/payment is entitled to a full refund without reducing any mandatory statutory right. We will initiate the full refund within 24 hours after verifying identity, payment and order details; your bank or payment provider controls when funds appear.

Later requests and statutory rights

You can still submit a request after 24 hours through the refund form or by email [email protected]. We review later, technical and individual requests on their facts. We never use the goodwill window to deny a mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, conformity or other right that applies to you.

Manual handling

Refunds are reviewed and processed by our team through the payment provider after review. Payment changes are made manually; your bank or provider controls when funds appear.
